By using Jewellery Photoshoot you agree to these terms.
The service
Jewellery Photoshoot generates product images from photos you provide. Results are produced by AI and may vary. You are responsible for checking each image before you use or publish it.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to upload and use the jewellery photos you submit, that they contain no unlawful content, and that they do not include other people's likeness or protected marks without permission. You keep ownership of your uploads, and you may use the images generated from them for your business, subject to these terms and to the policies of the platforms where you publish.
Plans, credits and billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account.
- One credit equals one generated image. Plan credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Top-up packs expire 30 days after purchase.
- There is no free trial. The first shoot is free and its preview carries a watermark.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, mislead buyers about a product, create harmful or unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or change features. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of generated images.
